Assistance for CPS high school seniors and their parents who have not yet completed their Free Application for Federal Student Aid for college!
Complete The FAFSA, then enjoy the food, music and activities at the Taste.
First 50 families with on-site FAFSA Completion will receive up to 12 Tase of Chicago food tickets. See flyer for more details.
Please bring the following documents:
1. 2007 federal tax return (Form 1040, W-2s, Form 1099s)
2. Proof of other income (SSI, Disability benefit statement, etc.)
3. Driver’s license or State ID card and Social Security Number
4. Permanent residency card (for eligible non-U.S. citizen)
