After School Matters (ASM) offers you hands-on career experience and job training. Take part in arts, sports, technology, communications, and science programs. Learn a new skill, work with experts, earn a stipend, and have fun.
With determination and good attendance, you can move up the ASM ladder of opportunity from Club37 programs to pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, advanced apprenticeships, and finally, internships.
Grade(s) 9,10,11,12 GPA all Gender all

What you need
- Open to students aged 14 to 21 who live in Chicago

How much it costs
- No cost to CPS students.
Where
- Available to all CPS high school students at the following high schools and other locations.
When
- Programs take place after school three days a week for three hours each day.
- Each program lasts ten weeks during the school year.
- There are new programs each semester.
