Annual Happy Hour with Guy Fieri

On Sunday March 6, 2011, at the Harold Import Company culinary students prepared and served guests attending the “Annual Happy Hour with Guy Fieri” a benefit for the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) .
In addition to serving the guests, the students also had an opportunity to meet with Guy Fieri face to face and do a lot of dancing to music performed Grammy nominated blues artist John Primer and DJ CHEF Marc Weiss.
Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) works with Chicago Public Schools (and schools across the country) to prepare high school students for college and career opportunities in the restaurant and hospitality industry. C-CAP is a national, nonprofit organization.
