AVID Student Headed to Nepal

BuildOn, an international service organization has selected AVID junior Eunice Zepeda to participate in the Trek for Knowledge to Nepal. Eunice will travel to Nepal to learn about the country’s culture and to build a school. The trip is planned for March 24—April 8th.

As a valued member of the Schurz BuildOn organization, Eunice is excited to travel, meet new people and most importantly, make a differ-ence in the lives of young people in Nepal. We are all proud of Eunice’s exceptional commitment and wish her the best on her up-coming journey.
