As a student in the Logistics program, you will receive an overview of transportation, distribution and logistics as it applies to a global economy. As part of the Logistics courses you will study logistics topics including: warehousing and distribution operations, purchasing, packaging, routing and inventory management decision making strategies, logistics systems and advanced technology. Labor market data and careers in this field will also be studied. You will also review labor market data so that you can understand the different careers in this field and become aware of any employment growth or decline to help you decide on a field of study or career path.

CTE College and Career Academy Applications

Are you in 8th grade and interested in attending a College and Career Academy?

College and Career Academies are new, state of the art CTE programs, currently offered across multiple industries at 11 schools dispersed throughout the city. They are open to all interested students, with no attendance area boundaries - students with ISAT Math and Reading Stanine scores at or above 5 receive preference in admissions.
