Help With Hard Problems

High school is full of new problems that you may be unsure how to deal with like who to date, what sport to play, and how to finish all of your homework and still have a life. A lot of the issues that you will face are ones that you can deal with alone or with the help of a friend or trusted adult.

However, there are some problems you shouldn’t have to face alone. Remember, your counselor is available to help you through tough times. However, if you are embarrassed or afraid to talk to anyone about what is happening, there are many hotlines that you can call anonymously to get the support and help you need.
