Spring Break

Spring Break is scheduled for April 4, 2009 - April 12, 2009. The tours will take place during that week.

Associated Colleges of the Midwest/Illinois Tour	2.5
Big 10 Colleges Tour	3.0
Historically Black Colleges Tour 1	2.25
Historically Black Colleges Tour 2	2.25
Howard University "Escape to Mecca" Tour	2.5
Illinois Universities Tour	2.25
Ivy League Colleges Tour	3.5
Males Only College Tour	3.0

Applications

Applications will be accepted until January 9, 2009.

This year, the application has 2 parts:

1. The online application, which includes:
   • your tour choice,
   • a few questions about your college and career plans,
   • and your essay, one page on why you want to attend the tour.
2. The signatures form, signatures are required from:
   • you,
   • your parent / guardain,
   • your counselor,
   • and your principal.
   • This form also asks for some contact information and academic information.

Mandatory Meetings

If you are accepted into the program, you are required to attend 2 mandatory meetings.
- Wednesday, February 25th, 2009
- Wednesday, March 18th, 2009
These meetings will take place in the evening after school. More details will be forthcoming.
