National ProStart Certificate of Achievement

The National ProStart Certificate of Achievement is sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and is awarded to students who have successfully completed the ProStart program.

ProStart is a special program for high school students that will give you the opportunity to learn about the art of cooking and managing restaurants by training with professional chefs and getting valuable classroom instruction. It’s also a way to earn college credit and make money while you’re in high school.
